We have a total of seven (7) operational plants, Five (5) grinding mills (for fine powder), One (1) disintegrator (for grains), and One (1) Silica Sand washing plant. With another Three (3) plants under construction, by the end of March 2023, this count will increase to Ten (10) plants with a production capacity of 10200 tons per month.

In addition to careful manual sorting of raw materials, our plants are equipped with modern equipment to improve the quality of finished goods. We have deployed rare earth magnets, vibrating screens, classifiers, high-grade silex lining, and Thermax. We always strive to leverage the latest inventions to cost-effectivelybeneficiate our raw materials to obtain finest quality goods.

Packing: We understand the importance of packaging well and thus use high-quality HDPE/PP bags only. Bags contain all important details printed e.g., product name, weight, lot number, etc. to help customers to identify the material and its quality inside bags. We have the capability to handle various types of packing from 25 KG bags to 1400 KG bags. We also have facilities for bulk stuffing in a container and stuffing bulk container liners.

Size: Our plants can produce powder of quartz and feldspar in 80 to 500 mesh sizes, and grains in 0 to 6 mm sizes. We can also supply lumps of quartz and feldspar in 10 to 300-mm sizes.

Quality is a parameter of utmost importance for us. At Minnovation Group, we are never bothered about the supply volume. We are always determined and dedicated to supplying assured quality products.

Understanding Customer requirement:

Before engaging in business with a customer we put enough efforts to understand their quality requirements, align our laboratory results with the customer’s lab results by testing same samples. We also send our quality checking person to their plant/laboratory and invite the concerned person/s from the customer side to visit our plants and laboratories. So overall, we are well aware of the customer’s requirements, and the customer also becomes well versed with our capabilities.

In house laboratory, QC staff and procedures:

We have a well-equipped in-house laboratory and well-qualified and experienced lab technicians. Our plant staff are experienced and well understand the quality aspects thus give proper attention to it.

Before feeding raw materials to plants for processing, they are tested to check their suitability for the desired output. And processed minerals are also well-checked to ensure quality as per customer needs. We dispatch only materials certified to meet the customer’s requirement criteria.

Without safe and on-time delivery, all our efforts may go in vain. Thus Minnovation Group considers logistics as an important aspect of our business. We havededicated staff to look after transportation, and we also have tie-ups with some reputed logistics companies, which help us deliver shipments on time with proper care.

In addition to the above, we also provide milestone updates of shipments to customers so they can plan their activities accordingly. Minnovation Group works hard and smartly to deliver the orders on or before the agreed time so our customers can have peace of mind, and can focus on their core business activities.
