Minnovation Group has four partners, each has diverse qualifications and experience. They are assigned specific roles based on their experience, interest, and expertise. The only common thing between all of them is their dedication to give their 100% in whatever task they undertake.
Minnovation Group is led by the founder and versatile person Mr. Atul Baldi. He is an engineering graduate who quit his well-paid IT professional job in pursuit of doing something on his own and founded Minnovation Group in 2011.
He has worked with IT companies like Tech Mahindra, India (for GE Money Bank, Nordic region, Europe), and Syntel Inc, USA (for American Express). His corporate stint has taught him many aspects of new-age businesses and made his approach toward business very professional.
He is a detailed oriented person and the pivot of the group, coordinating all business activities and departments, and taking all key decisions withother partners.
Senior most among the team, takes care of all the production processes and plant-related activities. He has more than 27 years of experience. He has worked with Indian transport majors like Associated Road Carriers, Speedage Express (now acquired by TNT), and SGX Minerals Pvt Ltd (Head-Rajasthan). He has good business acumen and true leadership qualities.
A soft-spoken gentleman, manages all mining-related activities and the stocking of raw materials as per quality and quantitywise requirements. He has 24 years of experience in the minerals processing industry, and before joining the group as a partner, he managed the biggest sodium feldspar mine in Rajasthan, producing around 800-1000 tons per day under his guidance.
An academically brilliant lady, looks after marketing, supply chain, and customer communications. She has done her MBA in marketing and fully utilizes her knowledge for smoother supply processes for all customers.
